Next Sunday, June 4, 1967, will be published fashion editorial in the newspaper Nightly Comet bringing the latest trends for summer. By the way, it's amazing the size of the skirts the girls wear today. Judging by them, in the year 2000 people will be walking naked through the streets!
Digital Art for this week Three Muses challenge: NEWSPAPER.

This is wonderful. What a beautiful art piece.
ResponderExcluirWhat fun! So colorful and clever. Fashions do have a way of recurring, don't they? Thanks for sharing this with us, Christine.
ResponderExcluirLots of vibrancy and such fun, Christine!
ResponderExcluirI'm sure you are far too young to have been there in 1967 but it has taken until the last couple of years for the mini - the really short mini - to make a return. Your picture is gorgeous, Chris. I love the retro fashion and the beautiful effect of the brightly coloured background.
ResponderExcluirSo bright and colourful.
ResponderExcluirYou make me smile Chris what a fun step back in time...but I doubt nude will ever be the style...who would make money on that.
ResponderExcluirOh memories, I had a very short skirt, hot pants and boots in that era, great image
ResponderExcluirwonderful memories of the 60ies...
ResponderExcluirFun and colorful. Does anyone else remember when paper dresses had their brief day in the fashion limelight? Probably about this same era (late 60's)

Oh dear. I need to lose some weight if we're going to walk around naked! Fantastic "mod" picture.
ResponderExcluirSuch fun and so colourful.xx
ResponderExcluirChristine, when I look at the young ladies of today in their short shorts and short skirts I smile because I did the very same thing the first time they were in fashion. Great fun, my friend.
ResponderExcluirGreat fun and beautifully done, Christine.
ResponderExcluirThat's a fantastic piece, great summerfeeling.
ResponderExcluirFabulous, fun piece!! Back in the day, I myself wore and outfit or two like those! LOL
ResponderExcluirFun, fun piece, Christine! Well done!
ResponderExcluirI love it ! Great job ! :o)
ResponderExcluirWhat a fun way to go! Lively, refreshing color, and a background that doesn't overwhelm the foreground yet is a real presence. Nicely done!
