Hello, I hope you had a sweet Christmas (if you celebrate it). This is the picture I put together to attend the Three Muses challenge of the week: all about me.
In these
days when movie studios struggle to draw attention to their different versions
of Snow White, I found myself thinking that all of us at some point dreamed of
being princesses, but deep down we knew that we had our evil queen side.
What's good, after all why be the silly princess instead of the sexy witch? ^=^
No wonder actresses prefer the role of the antagonist instead of the nice
girl...
Well, back
to my digital collage, I took two pictures of different versions of Snow White
and switched the beautiful faces of the actresses for mine (the one I had kind
of 10 years ago or so - I confess) to represent these two sides that we all
have: the brighter one we show in the light of day and the other, darker, we
try to suppress or at least keep to ourselves.
Even your evil queen side looks quite fetching, Christine. I suspect both sides of Christine are pretty darned nice!! Thanks for joining in our challenge this week!
ResponderExcluirI'm sorry Christine you just aren't the wicked queen type too dang cute and sweet...your going to have to work on your darkside this year...maybe if you ate a box of dark chocolates...lol. A great thoughtful take on this challenge pretty lady...Bravo!!!
ResponderExcluirWhoa! A split personality, huh? I'm afraid that is the way most of us artist type people are.
ResponderExcluirThe two sides describe to a 'T' as they say, Christine, this is a wonderful interpretation of the theme!
ResponderExcluirWOW, Christine, this is fabulous!
ResponderExcluirA beautiful take on the theme and a very beautiful lady! xx
ResponderExcluirMmmmmmmm, I think you are going to have to work on that wicked side a little more to convince me. :D
ResponderExcluirHappy New Year, my friend.
What a beautiful face! May all your wishes come true in 2012!
