Paper Dolls in Underwear

Hi! This time the challange in Three Muses is incorporate UNDERWEAR somewhere in my collage. I've though in paper dolls, after all they come in underwear to be dressed with those lovely outfits. It has seemed to me that would be interesting to pick only vintage small girls paper dolls and compare how they've changed over the time. Unfortunately I coudn't find out the names and year of some of them, so I made them up.

If you like paper dolls visit Tery's Paper Dolls Scans.

Memories of a Marriage

This week's theme in Take A Word is MEMORIES. I decided to stick to living people this time and did a tribute to my parents. They have been married for 47 years and has never been a piece of cake... Nevertheless, they are still together. So let's celebrate.

Short letter for a long time friend

This week the theme is MAIL ART at The Three Muses. I am a very lazy friend and I took this opportunity to apologize to my dearest friend, Cláudia. I hope she's not mad at me because of this.

What about a cruise?

James and Gwendolyn couldn't choose where to spend their honeymoon. After a while, they decided to take a round-the-world cruise. Only problem was packing for the one-year-long trip. Problem solved, they had to get an extra cabin only for their luggage. Gwendolyn was a very cautious tourist.

Hi, dear friends. This is my entry for Take a Word: Travel. Thanks for looking.

key to her heart

Eilleen was a woman before her time, too independent Herbert wold say. When he asked for her hand, she gave him her handkerchief and went for a round-the-world trip by herself.

Hi, blogfriends. This is my entry for The Three Muses Challenge: Keys. Thanks for passing by.

Lace for Audrey

This is my contribution for this week theme at Take a Word (please, enlarge to see the details). More than an icon of beauty, Audrey Hepburn was a fashion icon. She could look boyish or extremely feminine depending on the photographer's intention. For this piece I was looking for her princess persona. The bigger photo is from the stage play Gigi (1961) and the smaller is one of her shoots for the movie My Fair Lady (1964).

It's rainning men!

Hi, folks! That's me, happy, watching this unusual rain. The play was to work with the word UMBRELLA, this week theme at Take a Word.

The background is a photo of mine. The raining men is from Golconde, a picture by René Magritte. People with umbrella is a wallpaper at thewallpaper.org.
