The theme at the Three Muses this week is IT'S SHOWTIME. 

I used some elements from my stach, kids from Tumblefish Studios, Overlay by Kim Klassen.

The sea and the mermaid

The Three Muses theme for this week is SEA WORLD.

The mermaid is Ann Blyth in the movie Mr. Peabody and the Mermaid (1948). I cutout, colored and applied filters to the image. Thanks to Beth Rimmer and Createwing Designs.

Grow where you are planted

This week at the Muses the theme is RUSTLE OF SPRING.

I did the background and built the dolls by using elements by Rebbeca. Wordart by Sabrina.

The Three Muses theme for this week is HEARTS. I drew the face and pasted at the body of a paper doll.

D'Artagnan and Three Musketeers

This week The Three Muses ask for ANIMALS. Again I did this by using my own photos, except for the background (Holliewood Studio) and for the flying black crowned crane (Okavanga).

Trapped in the City

The Three Muses theme for this week is to create something GRUNGE! I did this piece by overlapping two of my own photos and finalizing with an overlay by Studio Manu.

Secret Garden

This week at the Muses the theme is PLANTS AND/OR INSECTS.

Background: is a blend of three of my own photos; blue butterfly: Studio Manu; orange butterfly wings: Createwing Designs; ladybugs: pngimg and pngpix; texture: pareeerica.

The Three Muses challenge for this week is to create art where EYES are featured. 

I worked on a Bette Davis black and white photo, then added all those kaleidoscope eyes.

Blue angel

Sometimes, when no one is looking, the peaceful dove which guards the Pantheon of the Fatherland and Freedom in Brasilia leaves its post just to soar freely in the blue sky.

This week the theme at The Three Muses is SHADES OF BLUE.  I used my own photos to do this. Thanks for passing by.

Flapper in fashion

The theme at the Three Muses is FLAPPER. I'm depicting two gorgeous flapper dresses. The first one was designed by Adrian in 1929; the second one by Alberta Ferreti in 2009. Although 80 years separate them they have very much in common. We can't say the same about the model. The second one is as beautiful as the first but much more slender and tall. An almost impossible woman that the fashion industry transforms into an impossible dream to most girls all over the world.

I did the background beginning from the first photo, then added textures by Parée.

Let girls be who they are

The Three Muses asked for a QUOTE. Mine is by Amy Sherman-Palladino. In the same spirit is this one by Coco Chanel:

Dreamy purple and turquoise beach

The theme for this week at The Muses is a color combination - Turquoise and Purple. My muse was longing for a sunset on a beach paradise.

This  week the challenge at The Three Muses is QUIRKY ME. Here it is my attempt. 

I'm not really a good company early in the morning, don't ask me to take decisions, laugh at silly jokes or sing. Not before 10 AM. After that and a good cup of coffee I can start thinking... and smiling!
